Top 48 aspirants ng MNL48, lumalagablab ang pasiklaban sa “It’s Showtime”

Matapos ang matinding trainings at lingguhang pasiklaban sa “It’s Showtime” stage, napili na ang top 48 aspirants na patuloy na maglalaban-laban upang mapabilang sa pinakaunang all-girl idol group ng bansa na MNL48, ang Pinoy version ng popular na grupong AKB48 ng Japan.

Matapos ang isa na namang live elimination noong Sabado (Marso 24) kung saan pitong aspirants ang nagpaalam sa kumpetisyon, sasabak ang natitirang 48 aspirants sa panibagong challenges para mas mapalapit sa kanilang pangarap na maging isang ganap na idol.

Ngayong linggo, hinati sa iba’t ibang grupo ang top 48 girls upang mag-perform araw-araw sa entablado ng “It’s Showtime” upang maipakita pa sa madlang people ang kanilang ibubuga at mangampanyang para sa mga boto na makapagpapataas sa kanilang individual standing.

Base sa huling official ranking na ipinalabas ng programa, nanguna pa rin si Eunice mula Cabanatuan sa ikalimang magkasunod na linggo. Sinundan siya nina Sheki ng Quezon City, Sayaka ng Legazpi City, Abby ng Bacoor, Gabb ng Pasig City, Tin ng Iloilo, Alice ng Quezon City, Trixie ng Marikina. at ang kambal na sina Shaina at Shaira ng Cainta.

Sa puntong ito ng kumpetisyon, mahalaga sa bawat aspirant ang mapabilang sa weekly top 10 dahil mapapataas nito ang tsansang mapasama sila sa first generation ng MNL48.

Malalaking premyo naman ang nag-aabang sa top seven girls na mapipili sa pagtatapos ng laban, dahil lilipad sila sa Japan para sumailalim sa training sa AKS, ang prestihiyosong talent agency na siyang humahawak sa AKB48. Magkakaroon din sila ng endorsement at recording contracts, pagkakataon na mag-perform kasama ang AKB48 at iba pang sister groups mula sa Thailand, Taiwan, India, and Indonesia, at maging headliners sa daily performances ng grupo sa itatayong MNL48 theater.

Maaari namang suportahan ng mga tagahanga ang kanilang “oshi” o paboritong aspirant sa pamamagitan ng pagboto sa MNL48 website (MNL48.ph) at mobile app, kung saan makikita ang ranking ng mga aspirant at video updates tungkol sa kanila.

Top 48 aspirants of MNL48 fight tooth and nail for ultimate idol dream 

After weeks of intensive trainings and weekly performances on “It’s Showtime,” 48 aspirants have emerged the strongest to continue their journey to becoming the first generation members of the country’s first-ever all-girl idol group MNL48, the Filipino version of Japan’s highest-selling and phenomenal idol group AKB48.

After a live elimination last Saturday (March 24) that saw seven aspirants bid goodbye to the competition, 48 aspirants remain to face new challenges that will bring them closer to their ultimate dream of becoming an idol.

This week, the top 48 girls are divided into groups to perform every day on the “It’s Showtime” stage, try to impress the madlang people, and woo votes that will increase their individual standings.

The latest official ranking shows that Eunice of Cabanatuan is still leading for the fifth consecutive week, followed by Sheki of Quezon City, Sayaka of Legazpi City, Abby of Quezon City, Gabb of Pasig City, Tin of Iloilo, Alice of Quezon City, Trixie of Marikina. and twins Shaina and Shaira of Cainta.

At this point in the competition, being part of the weekly top ten is crucial because it will increase their chances of becoming a member of the first generation of MNL48 members.

The top 48 girls are also fighting for a spot in the top seven, who will be flown to Japan to undergo training under AKS, the prestigious talent agency that manages AKB48. They will also be granted endorsement and recording contracts, a chance to perform with AKB48 and sister groups from Thailand, Taiwan, India, and Indonesia, and the privilege of headlining the daily performances of the group in MNL48’s exclusive theater.

Meanwhile, fans may vote again for their “oshi” or favorite on the MNL48 website (MNL48.ph) and mobile app, where the highest to the bottom ranking applicants and their update videos are displayed.

Who among the girls will succeed in the coming weeks and ultimately make up the country’s first-ever all-girl idol group?
